Accommodations

Entering from cockpit aft door places you in the Main Saloon which features a rich Teakwood paneling with solid Teakwood trim. A beautiful Teak and Holly sole which is carried through out the entire yacht giving a classic warm look and feel.

The Main saloon has an "L" shaped settee to the port aft side upholstered in medium blue Ultra Suede and a High / Low table in front of the settee. In the saloon on the starboard aft side has a dry bar and a newer Samsung flat screen TV mounted.   

Forward of the saloon area is the Galley featuring a bar counter top for dining, serving or entertaining with two fix mounted bar stools in beautiful stainless steel.

Forward from the Galley on the starboard side and 4 steps up leads you to the large open Pilothouse with large comfortable sofa like settee and pilot berth behind.

Forward of the Main saloon and galley area on the port side and 4 steps down you'll find the guest quarters with upper and lower berths on the port side and across the hallway is the guest head with separate shower. Aft of the Hallway is the sound proof door for the engine room. Moving forward in the hallway you'll find the Master head with bathtub / shower combo and forward in the bow you'll find a centerline queen berth Master Stateroom with TV, drawers, hanging lockers and Vanity.

Vessel History

The current owner is the 4th owner purchasing her in 10/2017. The 3rd owners purchased the vessel in 7/2015 the husband passed away in 2017 thus putting the boat on the market. The second owners owned the boat from 6/2007 until 7/2015 and the original owners purchased in 1/2003 from Dealer inventory and sold in 6/2007.

US duty has been paid this vessel was previously US Coast Guard Documented # 1137407 is currently registered in Marshall Island but can easily be deleted and re-documented with USCG. 

Engine, transmission and generator oil samples were taken by Lamb's Yacht Center 1/22/2021 all came back clean / good / no issues. I also have the oil samples from 10/2017 when the current owner purchased the boat the hours at that time were 1700.
