ITZAE features a full walk-around deck for safety at sea and easy access to all points of the vessel.

Her interior is a three-stateroom layout featuring a mid-ship Master queen berth which is very comfortable at sea a VIP in the bow with a centerline queen berth and a third stateroom with over and under berths with the top being Awthortship. ITZAE being a 2006 model the entry into the engine room is through a door in the Master Stateroom and not through the shower as in earlier models.

The current owner purchased the vessel in January 2021 with 4740 hours and since his purchase has upgraded the vessel extensively. The engine rebuild was more out of caution than need which took place at 5222 hours in April 2024. The vessel just came from Cancun, Mexico February 3 to be sold. The vessel is at Lamb's Yacht Center undercover and the slip is available.  The transmission was replaced a few years ago by the former and original owner. The current owner is the second owner this is his second Selene, his first was a 43'.

Accommodations

ANCHORS: GROUND TACKLE Two (2) stainless steel anchors, an AXE 50 kg claw type,and a stainless steel non-hinged plow, estimated 75 lbs, both with 3/8" chain rodes. 100' chain on port side with 300 feet of rode. 150' chain on starboard side with 300 feet of rode. 

There are new wooden crate supports for each chain locker.

WINDLASS: 12v Maxwell 2500 horizontal windlass with a port drum and starboard chain/rope gypsies, Up/Down controls on the foredeck and at both helms, and a wireless hand, powered up from the foredeck and the wireless controls

OTHER: Maxwell AA500C anchor chain counters at each station 

Davit /crane 240volt 

Tender is a 2006 12' 6" Caribe RIB with 40hp Yamaha. Dinghy tubes hold air but are weathered motor will need servicing. Features side console, integral seating and wheel steering.
